Travel during COVID-19

We all have learned a lot about the novel coronavirus during the past year. In the beginning, we were not even sure of the best ways to prevent the spread of COVID-19. But, today, we understand a lot more about the virus. We now know that to prevent the spread of the deadly virus, we need to be cautious of certain things. Social distancing, wearing face masks, frequent washing of hands, sanitizing public places, etc., all have become a new norm.

Wearing a face mask is one preventive measure that we have been taking from the initial stages of novel coronavirus infections.

I have traveled about 4-5 times in flight during the last year, and one of the most challenging things has been to sleep with the shield. The daylight (or the lights inside the flight) constantly passes through the transparent shield making it difficult to have a sound sleep. Not to mention that it is next to impossible, I would rather say suffocating, to wear an eye mask with the face shield and face mask.

Product Review: Sleep N See Mask by Braza

About a month back, I came across an innovative Face Mask by Braza. I have already been using a few products from that brand (bra pockets being the best), so I decided to give their newly introduced face mask a try.

I opened the mask, my first reaction was – “Wow! Now, that’s quite innovative.”

As I wore the mask, my second reaction was – “Great! I will now be able to have a sound sleep while traveling.”

I have traveled twice on a flight with the Sleep N See Mask, and, honestly, those two journeys were the most comfortable ones during COVID-19. The 3-in-1 mask your mouth, nose, and eyes. But there is an extra feature here.

The mask comes with a blackout fabric that you can simply flip up whenever you want to sleep, and flip down to see clearly through the plastic shield.

Now, that made my long flight journey extremely convenient and non-suffocating (if I may say so).

1. The all-in-one travel mask is perfect for long-distance trips. The mask covers the nose and mouth with a 4 ply non-woven material as well as a clear plastic shield for your eyes.

2. It is easier to breathe wearing the mask, even when the black fabric is flipped up.

3. The plastic shield prevents you from touching your eyes due to the presence of the plastic shield.

4. The mask is washable and hence reusable

Conclusion

If you are a frequent traveler and like to sleep during long journeys, Sleep N See Mask would make a nice travel mask.
